Overcooked it in the middle part of the race, and hit a bit of a wall today. Coupled with a draining past 2.5 weeks, and I ended up fighting just to get across the line today 😅. I’ve been so focused on putting one foot in front of the other since the US final that I haven’t allowed myself to process the big feelings that have been brewing. My body and fitness are good, but my heart and mind are lagging a bit behind. I’m not quite okay, but I have some time now to process and breathe. The season isn’t over, but, for me, there’s a little bit of a pause. #OnWard #onathleticsclub
