Call it a win win situation! What an honour to be awarded International Bartender of the Year at @tales_of_the_cocktail even more being by the side of @agodragos as he was named Best International Bar Mentor. 10 years ago I signed up for a career, and ended up living a dream. I would have never thought I’d live the life I live today, I’d meet the people I’ve met, nor I’d be given the opportunity to live such amazing experiences all over the world. Straight up with style and don’t forget the smile is our Connaught Bar team motto, something Ago taught me, but also something my family, and especially my mother @bianca.bini.90 instilled in me since a very young age, in a situation when smiling was all but obvious. Today I smile to all the people who are part of this life and of this amazing bar community.
