Another #chocolate and vanilla #vegan #challah It is another quick and easy vegan bread perfect to do on Saturday morning/evening and enjoy rest if the weekened. You can slather it with choclate spread, marmalade or delicious as it is. #recipe Preparation time: 20mins Baking time: 25-30mins Ingredients For the vanilla bread dough 125g strong white bread flour 75g oat milk (lukewarm) 25g vegan butter (melted) 2g salt 25g caster sugar 3g instant yeast 1tsp vanilla extract For the chocolate bread dough 125g strong white bread flour 30g coco powder 85g oat milk (lukewarm) 25g vegan butter (melted) 2g salt 40g caster sugar 3g instant yeast Decoration 100g sesame seeds Method 1.Mix all the ingredients for the vanilla dough and knead for 5-7mins, till it comes together as a soft elastic dough. Cover and leave it to prove for 1-2hours. 2. In the same way, prepare the chocolate dough and let it prove. 3.Once both the doughs are proved, divide each in 4 parts. Roll each dough part to 25-30cm long strands. 4. In a tray pour te sesame seeds. Spray some water on the 4 chocolate strands and roll them on the sesame seeds. 5.Pair one vaniila strand with chocolate strand and place them as a # as shown in the reels. The rest you have to understand by watching the video. Once the loaf is prepared, place it on a tray lined with baking paper and let it prove for 40-45mins. May be cover it with a big bowl during proving, or even better place the tray with the load in a bin bag. 6. Preheat the oven to 180C Fan. 7. Once it is almost doubled in size, bake in a preheated oven for 10mins in 180, then reduce the temperature to 160C Fan to bake for further 15-20mins, or till baked. 9. Then, take it out of the oven and let it cool in the tin, for at least 30min. Then place on a wire rack to cool completely. 10. Enjoy So, this weekend, give it a go.
