Hands down one of the craziest grand openings I’ve ever seen! @carnesymariscosluis did it right, and did it all for their customers! From a lechon, to an alligator, @taquero_vaquero_n serving up hundreds of pounds of meat, to one of the dopest cooks I’ve done to date…6 jumbo prime tomahawks, open fire, at the same time!
