Placing one of my illustrations in 3D space with @mental_canvas app. This one is Kyōyū (“sharing” in Japanese) for the brand @dekantawhisky . The story behind the scene is the Scottish trader meeting with his friend in Edo. Time when the whisky was introduced in Japan. In all the work with Dekanta we talk about the mixture of these two cultures, Scotland and Japan, with animals from both nations in the scene. The blend is a mixture of both traditions. *** Colocando una de mis ilustraciones en un espacio 3D con la app @mental_canvas. Esta es Kyōyū (“compartir” en japonés) para la marca @dekantawhisky . La historia detrás de la escena es el encuentro del comerciante escocés con su amigo en Edo. Época en la que se introdujo el whisky en Japón. En todo el trabajo con Dekanta hablamos de la mezcla de estas dos culturas, Escocia y Japón, con animales de ambas naciones en la escena.
