Our Birthright Life feels spacious, like the sky and the sea. There’s room to relax, breathe and swim, to swim so far out that we no longer have the reference point of the shore. At the same time feeling so rooted in our existence. Like the safety of releasing an anchor if we feel a storm brewing in the atmosphere. One that we know will protect us from irreversible harm. As humans we need to remember to be softer with one another, and ourselves. We should be allowed to find our own way without being told what direction is “correct”. We need to remember to stop and observe before we judge and throw words around. Every situation is connected to someone who can feel heaviness, or the sensation of being picked up when things feel hopeless. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is hold space for someone to find their way through the thickness. Be smile when it’s dark Be the one who refrains from criticism Be genuine and K I N D Even if you don’t have a personal connection to the post you want to share, or the thread you want to comment on. Be the human who remembers not to judge or pretend you know the only way through, because one day it might be you. This is the practice that allows people to feel less burdened and less cramped, a practice that shows us how to love without conditions.
