EP 1 of ACTUALLY EASY: Pizzadillas (no-mess!)🍕✨order the @healthygirlkitchen cookbook for more easy plant-based recipes! What you need: 5 tortillas Pizza sauce Veggies of choice Cheese of choice (I used fresh vegan mozzarella cheese from Miyokos!) How to: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Add 4 tortillas to the pan overlapping one another 4. Add on the sauce and spread evenly as shown in the video. 5. Top with veggies + cheese and fold as demonstrated. Top with the last tortilla to hold it together and bake for 15-20 minutes. 6. If you omit the last tortilla and use toothpicks if you’d like. 7. Serve with a big a$$ salad and enjoy.
