🍕 Switching things up with some bold flavorful Chorizo instead of pepperoni! Who else is a fan of chorizo on pizza? For this pizza, I took a classic margherita base and elevated it with the bold flavors of chorizo, provolone, and red onions. 😋 It was absolute delicious! Highly recommend you step out of your comfort zone and try new things on your pizza. 🤩 Let your creativity run wild! Remember, there’s no wrong way to make pizza, except if you're not having fun! 🥳 My pizza specs: 🅰️ 70% hydration – 3 day cold fermentation Sourdough 🅱️ @mulinocaputo 00 flour and Semola 🔥 Cooked on an @oonihq Ooni Koda 16 using gas fire 🍅 tomatoes Mozzarella Chorizo Provolone Red onions @Cortoolive oil #PizzaPerfection #Foodie #pizzalove #pizza #pizzalover #pizzatime #pizzas #pizzaparty #pizzalovers #PizzalsLife #pizzaporn #pizzaria #pizzanight #pizzanapoletana #pizzagram #pizzapizza #pizzaday #pizzalife #pizzaitaliana #pizzaup #pizzagoals #pizzagourmet #PizzaExpress #pizzaoven #Ooniambassador #ooni #MakePizza #summervibes #chorizo
