Heute habe ich endlich mal wieder Macarons gebacken - zum ersten Mal mit einer Ganache aus Valrhona Himbeer (selbstgekauft) - mega lecker und so eine tolle Farbe! Da werde ich definitiv noch andere Sorten probieren. Bei den Farben gab’s ebenfalls eine Premiere. Normalerweise verwende ich ja am liebsten ProGel - heute habe ich die Gelfarbe von FunCakes (Peach) probiert und bin total begeistert.
