Happy 58th Birthday Singapore 🇸🇬 ! In tribute to our resilient little red dot, I’m proud to be part of National Day Campaign with 58 women entrepreneurs to share our stories of #Overcoming. I have always been interested in running my own business and have had multiple side hustles through my working years but I have never really had the confidence nor belief that it will amount to anything more than a side hustle. I believed that I wasn’t capable enough or even good enough to run my own business. Constant learning and coaching led me on a path of self-discovery and realised that the beliefs that I hold are merely constructs of my mind or conditioning from my environment and society. Through learning about the successes and struggles of other entrepreneurs, I learnt that embracing imperfections and learning from mistakes is where growth stems from. Through @studioflourish, I am able to create floral designs that resonates with my clients while supporting social causes that I believe in. Besides providing floral designs for events and weddings, Studio Flourish also provides vocational training for students with special needs to build skills and confidence to live independently.
