WEETBIX CUSTARD SLICE A simple recipe with minimal ingredients. A soft weetbix base, topped with a creamy custard layer 🤍 Ingredients: makes 6 slices ▪️Weetbix (2pc / 32g) ▪️Custard/pudding powder (15g) ▪️Almond milk (30ml + 180ml) ▪️Sweetener (to taste) Directions: ▪️Wrap a baking dish with non stick film ▪️Crumble the weetbix in the dish, and sprinkle with sweetener ▪️Add some milk (about 30 - 50 ml) to the weetbix ▪️Mix cold milk (180ml) with sweetener and pudding powder.
