They are watching 👀…. . Growing up I didn’t know people who ran, my parents didn’t even exercise & my siblings were all great basketball 🏀 players. (Let’s just say that “eye hand” coordination gene 🧬 skipped me 😉). But I also didn’t find my love for running until I was closer to 30. So seeing Mallory find joy in a sport that has become a big part of my life is pretty fun! . I don’t know if her 🏃‍♀️ spark will turn into a 🔥 but for now I will take all the mother daughter miles I can. Although I’m now too slow for her 🤪 (that didn’t take long) . 📸 both won gold at the lake 5k I ran a 20:30 & got an age group win. Mallory was kind enough to run with me for the first 1/2 then I told her she should probably go win the damn thing & she did!!! 🤩 .
