Time flies! 🥹 It feels like yesterday when we got the keys. Seeing our home today and all we’ve accomplished sure feels like a dream come true, as cheesy as it sounds. I’ve shared our home story quite a few times but if you are new. Hi! My name is Valeria, my husband Paul and I bought our first home in 2020 after years of dreaming about home ownership -more about our story on my stories highlight :)- Months went by, rejected offer after rejected offer, we finally got a house!, a late 60’s fixer upper house. All we could see was so much potential, it felt right the minute we walked in and we knew it was the one for our family. We were both in disbelief when we got the call from our realtor telling us our offer was accepted. The day we were signing papers for the house we were both excited and terrified at the same time, we put all our money towards down payment and basically moved in broke, but deep down we knew everything was going to be alright. Fast forward here we are today. There is still so much to do but we are taking this home renovation journey, one project at a time, doing as much as we can ourselves with three kids and two dogs 🏡 What a life! #housetohome #homeownership #houserenovation #homerenovation #diyprojects
