3 1/2 month’s difference 💪🏽 I did not want to go to the gym tonight. Still feeling weak and sick from my sickness last week, and also fell out of my routine of the gym because of that. But then, I looked at the side by side I put together this morning, after my friends told me I was looking extra lean this morning, and I realized just how far my hard work has brought me in under 4 months time. As much as I didn’t want to go, I would be doing the girl one the left, the one who wanted this progress SO DAMN BAD, a disservice. So I went. And am I giving it my all… honestly no. But I’m doing enough to work my body, and not burn it out. The point is, I went anyways. And you should too, especially when you don’t feel like it. Do it for your prior self, the one who is crying for the progress.
