2023 INFLUENCER OF THE YEAR 🙈 I was driving to a friends wedding when I found out I had been named Influencer of the Year by the Southeast Hairstyling Awards. I don’t have words for the ways in which social media has changed my life. Through the healing of my journey, the friends that I’ve made along the way, and the opportunities it’s brought I am so thankful. When they called me yesterday to interview me for the nomination I did not expect it to be an interview on my life, I got emotional and cried talking about it because life has not been easy, especially the last year. I never expected to be here and I am just thankful that through the pain I’ve experienced I can help others.
