Super proud of my client @harymir who is going to finally get on stage tomorrow @diamondgympro New Jersey State Championships in the Wellness division. Harymir and I have been working together for about a year now and God knows her journey has NOT been an easy one. Her former coach (who shall remain anonymous) completely wrecked her metabolism, hormones, and she was not very happy with how she looked overall. Our main objective was to fix her health and get her body back to functioning and LOOKING normal most importantly feminine. I always tell my clients/fellow competitor friends and I’ll keep saying this….ladies there is a very fine line that once you cross there is no coming back from. No trophy or medal is worth your health, overall well being, and FEMININITY. This is one of the main reasons why I started coaching so I can help females stay healthy and feminine while pursuing their passion for bodybuilding.
