𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 🥞 Ultimate Sunday Brunch Or breakfast, lunch or dinner as who doesn't love pancakes Can also serve cold and can add to a lunchbox or picnic Great for weaning as easy for little ones to hold and chew Also obsessed with this pancake pan. £16 on Amazon, send me a DM for the link Ingredients 🛒 250ml buttermilk @dale_farm 125g plain flour 1 tbsp caster sugar or a squirt of @sweetfreedomuk syrup 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 Medium Egg @thehappyeggco 25g butter, melted @dromonamakesit Method 👩‍🍳 In a bowl mix together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda. (and sugar if using it) In a separate bowl or measuring jug beat together the buttermilk, egg and butter. (also the syrup is used to replace the caster sugar) Make a hole / well in the middle of your dry ingredients and gently pour in the wet ingredients, whisking as you do Continue to mix until you form a smooth batter making sure there are no lumps Heat your pancake pan / or normal pan over a medium heat and grease lightly with butter, remove any extra with kitchen roll I use an ice-cream scoop to drop the mixture into the pan and cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface and the underside of the pancakes are golden brown, then flip over to cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until they feel spongy and cooked through.
