Any recommendations for getting this glue off my skin without taking my skin with it??? 🆘 10 days post op thoughts… I’m chillin. My mental health is the best it’s been in MONTHS. I’m at so much peace now that the worst part is over with. I never questioned why me. My question was why now. I’ve been seeking hip help since 2015 and I realized finding out now was because I am better equipped to handle this surgery present day. From years of crossfit, to friend support, to the physical mental and emotional support from Andrew. 2015 Alexis couldn’t do it. Today Alexis can. My little strong arms are doing a great job of holding me up. Apparently everyone but me knew I wouldn’t be able to move myself by myself so I’m extremely thankful to have my Andrew 🤍 I hate laying down lol. My back is like broken from all the laying, sitting slouched, not freely walking around. Oh did we realize we take too much for granted. I can’t wait to operate life at a slower pace after this. I miss my clients & business so much. Not letting this surgery take me down. 🤘🏼 #paowarrior #hipdysplasia #paosurgery #crossfit
