A Releve is a full body strength. Stretchy bands + calf raises aren’t enough. To have a truly powerful, strong, articulate releve (for pointe or flat shoes) we need to train our standing leg! This means ✔️feet ✔️ankles ✔️entire leg ✔️hips ✔️core ✔️shoulder girdle We train the body as one, so we can dance as one. This “PrePointe Strength Program” is for ALL dancers. Young or old. Pointe shoes, or jazz shoes. Girls or boys. The strength we need to do a beautiful Releve, is needed by all + extremely valuable.
