چه داستانی شد این پست که سه روزه میخوام بذارم نمیشه بالاخره امشب گذاشتمم🥰 @haniii_.land @haniii_.land مواد لازم: مرغ 🍗: یک ران و یک سینه پیاز 🧅 : یکی بزرگ غوره🍇: یک پیمانه نمک 🧂،فلفل و زردچوبه کره 🧈 بادمجون 🍆 گوجه 🍅 رب گوجه 🥫 🧑🏻🍳 مرغ رو با نمک, زردچوبه و فلفل طعم دار کن و توی کره و روغن داغ شده سرخ کن. پیاز رو ریز خرد کن و توی همون قابلمه ای که مرغ ها رو سرخ کردی، سرخ کن. بهش زردچوبه و رب گوجه اضافه کن و تفت بده. غوره رو اضافه کن و هم بزن بهش آب جوش اضافه کن، مرغ ها رو بچین .🍲 وقتی مرغ ها پخت ،گوجه و بادمجون سرخ شده رو بهش اضافه کن و یک ربع بذار جا بیفته. لحظه هاتون به خوشمزگی این غذا😋😍 #مرغ #غوره #بادمجون #غذا #غذای_ایرانی
