haven’t shared a workout in a min, so here are my top THREE fav exercises for hamstrings 1️⃣ hip thrusts: not only these are great for building your glutes but it’s a great compound movement that depending on your feet stance can focus more or less on the glutes or hamstrings. I like to keep a close feet stance for hamstring activation 2️⃣ romanian deadlifts: great for hamstring activation, make sure to push hips back to avoid loading your lower back while doing these 3️⃣b stance deadlifts: similar to rdls but you focus on each part of your body, which can help imbalances and help you get stronger 4️⃣ leg curls: seated or laying down, both fully contract the hamstring which is different from the lengthening movements mentioned before.
