Ingredientes - 1 clara de huevo a punto de nieve - 1 yema de huevo - 2 cdas (14 g) proteína o leche en polvo - 1/2 cda (4 g) harina de avena - 2 cditas (10 g) zumo de limón - Topping: 2 cdas (30 g) yogurt griego 0% grasa + 1/2 cda (4 g) proteína y agua - Endulzante . - Mezcla la yema, la proteína, la harina, el zumo de limón y endulzante, e integra poco a poco a clara con movimientos envolventes. Vierte en un molde pequeño (7-8 cm) y hornea a 150•C a baño María por unos 25-30 min.
