Kolkata Style Victoria Chaat🌼🌿 If you haven’t tried this yet, you must! Take 2 bread slices. Cut in small pieces, spread some green chutney, imli chutney, muri masala and lemon juice. Now in a bowl, take finely chopped onion, tomatoes, boiled potato, 2 green chilli, handful of fresh corriander, 1 tsp muri masala, 2 tsp imli chutney, 2 tsp green chutney, 1 tsp salt, peanuts, sev and lemon juice. Check salt and place this on bread pieces and serve with more peanuts, sev and corriander. Enjoy this immediately ☺️ Muri Masala Recipe: 1) 2 bay leaf 2) 1/2 tsp corriander seeds 3) 1 dried Red chilli 4) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 5) 1 tsp black salt 6) 1 tsp chaat masala 7) 1 tsp Aamchur powder Instructions: Dry roast cumin seeds, red chilli, bay leaf and corriander seeds. cool down completely and grind into fine powder adding salt, chaat masala and aamchur powder. #kolkatavictoriachat #snack #chaatlover #easyrecipe
