Still a bit of spring in my step 😅 Most certainly something I will keep working on keeping for as long as possible as I age. Find a style of training you enjoy and commit to it consistently. All kinds of style of training can be beneficial if used in the right ways 🤗 My gym workouts are more focused on Strength & Power movements with my Cardio coming from Specific Sprint efforts on the Ergo, Track Bike Lemond adapted and On the Velodrome occasionally. I don’t have a great deal of time like I used to when I was Cycling full time but this doesn’t mean I can’t keep myself Strong, Fit and Healthy. Current Weekly Training 2 x Gym (sometimes a 3rd) 3 x Specific Ergo/Lemond Track bike sessions 1 x Velodrome session when I can (usually once a month) Make it happen if you truly value your health 👊 #RYOKOU #PERKINSTRAINING #DOTHEWORK #HARDWORKPAYSOFF #DDD #DETERMINATIONDEFIESDEFEAT
