How I lost 60lbs in less than a year ⬇️ While I am probably the most confident I’ve ever been, I definitely still have some areas I feel I need to work on - for me. If I could do it all over again, incorporating a workout routine would be the number 1 thing I’d do differently! As for how I lost 60lbs in 8 months: The biggest change I made was end the unhealthy longterm relationship I was in. This alone changed how I ate, what and how frequently I drank, how I felt about myself, my daily routine - break ups just have you focusing back on YOU. And that’s exactly what I needed. 2. I’m primarily plant-based, with the exception of having fish/seafood occasionally. I don’t eat fried foods because I just don’t like how they make me feel, I don’t snack at all - just never been a fan 🤷🏽♀️. My diet consists of a lot of vegetables, fruits, sea moss, salads, carbs (which are only bad for your weight if combined with fat (!)), legumes and such. I eat pretty healthy and I enjoy cooking so the transition wasn’t that big for me. Alcohol, Alcohol, Alcohol - it’s been a summer, imma tell y’all that. For my body, alcohol makes the biggest difference and I have been enjoying my wine & tequila all summer, I’m not even gonna lie 🫣 I can always immediately see the changes in my stomach area - which is another reason why it’s time for me to cut back and head straight to the gym lol But overall, drinking little to none is probably the biggest factor here; Cutting out or at least back on alcohol will make you drop weight - fast!
