This quick Protein Shake is our fav grab and go breakfast—perfect to make ahead and stash in the fridge for busy mornings! (Or busy afternoons as it’s also a great snack! Also: I 100% drink this myself too.) Most kids get plenty of protein without us even trying, but this can be an easy, filling meal option when you’re crunched for time🎉 Link to the full recipe with all of the tips AND my smoothie cups is in my @yummytoddlerfood profile! Makes 2 kid-size servings: 1 cup milk 1/2 cup plain whole milk greek yogurt 1 cup very ripe banana 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp dried milk powder or kids protein powder (makes it a little more filling but is optional) 1 tbsp nut or seed butter (makes it a little more filling but is optional) Blend and store in the fridge in airtight containers or a jar for up to 3 days. #toddlers #toddlerfood #toddlerbreakfast #toddlersnack
