BUTTER CHICKEN WITH STAUB ⁣ ⁣ Made in France and designed to be passed from generation to generation, this range of enameled cast iron cookware really is a dream to cook with. ⁣ ⁣ I used the STAUB stackable to cook this Butter Chicken with Cumin fried Basmati rice and Poppadoms. ⁣ ⁣ I had high hopes for these pots as I haven’t had much luck with enameled cast iron in general (everything always seems to stick), but I’m happy to report that nothing stuck and they are so easy to cook with (and clean!). ⁣ ⁣ STAUB is now available to purchase at the @kitchenique_ store so do pop in to see their range, these pieces are really gorgeous! ⁣ ⁣ Swipe to get the recipe for my take on Butter Chicken 🥘⁣ with @staub.sa ⁣ ⁣ PS: I use evaporated milk as a lower fat / lower calorie option.
