Have you tried these Thai Chicken Satay? 🤤 2 lbs Chicken breast cubes(preferably tenders) 1 can unsweetened coconut milk 3 tbsps thai green curry paste/powder (you can use red or yellow curry too) 3 tbsps soy sauce 2 tbsps sriracha (or any hot sauce) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 🌿 Cilantro-Lime Rice: 3 cups boiled rice 1 cup chopped cilantro 2 tbsps butter 1 fresh lime juice 2 bay leaves 🌿 Mix all the ingredients for chicken satay in a bowl 🌿Add 1/3 of the mixture in chicken cubes, set them on skewers and marinate well for at least 30 minutes 🌿Pan fry the skewers until done and golden on med-high 🌿Boil your rice with salt and 2 bay leaves 🌿When cooked, add cilantro, lime juice and butter 🌿Mix well and the rice is ready 🌿Cook the remaining chicken satay marinade on high for 3-4 to make the sauce (Add salt if needed) 🌿Set your bowl and enjoy 🤤 Save and Share this recipe ♥️ #thaifoodrecipes #thairicebowl #chickensatayskewers #greenthaicurry #houstonbloggers #usainfluencer #houstonfoodscene #houstonfoodie
