The dough’s airy texture results from careful kneading before being cut into longer, thinner cylinders, fried in oil until golden. We had the opportunity to try their renowned churros last weekend, paired with a rich side of thick drinking chocolate, and the experience was truly delightful! We enjoyed it so much that we requested seconds and brought home some caramel-filled churros for the next morning.
