No… It’s NOT ok to not be ok! Get that out of your head… Take charge of your being and use the most power tool that the body possess to your advantage, your mind! Give yourself one option in life (to be better) and stop using the easy outs as excuses. I tore my groin and also ripped a hernia between my thigh and my lower abdomen (double whammy) on the Friday and I had a full week of filming with @garminuk on the Monday. The easy option was to cancel the shoot but f**k that, I gave myself one option and that was to complete the week ahead of me, NO EXCUSES! Even through the excruciating pain, the anxiety of letting the team down and the pressure to perform, I turned up everyday with a smile on my face and a full f**king heart…FIND A WAY! You must COMMIT, face and tackle head on everything in life that is trying to stop and prevent you from realising what you’re truly capable of and who you are. Life is painful, uncomfortable, extremely hard and challenging but your body possess everything you need AND MORE to overcome and smash through everything in your path, and when you do that’s when the gift of self belief kicks in (I can, I am capable, I am resilient) a gift you can only give yourself through COMMITTING!
