GASTRONOMIE EN MOUVEMENT Tout au long de cette année, la famille Loiseau commémore les 20 ans de la disparition de Bernard Loiseau. Pour lui rendre hommage, une série d’événements à Saulieu et à l’étranger ont été imaginés avec le chef @patrickbertron. C’est @danielboulud, l’ami intime de Bernard Loiseau, qui accueillera Bérangère et Dominique Loiseau pour un dîner inédit en accord avec des vins de Bourgogne au sein du mythique Daniel à New York le 14 septembre prochain.
