Ingredientes - 1 clara de huevo a punto de nieve - 1/2 cda (4 g) harina de avena - 1 cda (7 g) proteína o leche en polvo - 2 cdas (15 g) zanahoria rallada finamente - Endulzante y especias . - Mezcla la zanahoria con los ingredientes secos, añade la clara poco a poco con movimientos envolventes, vierte en un molde (de muffin o cupcake) y hornea a baño Maria 150•C por unos 20 min.
