With a vision to serve his lāhui as a physician, recent alum, Matthew Liu of KS Kapālama said yes to his dream school, Johns Hopkins University. There he will be studying pre-med to perhaps lead him to a career in radiology. Matthew exhibits his own wisdom and ʻike, but thanks a handful of the many kumu who instilled in him the values of perseverance, mālama, self-confidence, aloha, excellence, and advocacy.
