Grand Indian buffets are my absolute weakness and if the taste of each and every item in the buffet reminds you of the taste from back home, then it is the most satisfying! I had a similar experience on my visit to the @classicindiancuisine weekend south-indian buffet located in Waterloo, Ontario. Each of the buffet items were so mouthwatering and some of the items I loved were their rasam, eerode egg curry, chicken tikka masala, veggie kichidi, kothu roti and of course gulab jamun. The most amazing one was their custom dosas, where you can choose the type of dosa and fillings and they will prepare it fresh. The dosa was crispy, the filling was fulfilling and the taste made me nostalgic from memories back home! They also offer their own product line of hearty sauces and drinks as @thirusgourmet we tried their mango lassi and spicy mango juice as part of the buffet which were amazing! If you visit the Kitchener-Waterloo area, definitely try out their weekend south-indian buffet, the experience is out of the world!
