🧵Time to thread baste my 2023 #30daysofimprovqal quilt! I’m planning to do some pretty heavy hand quilting on this one. Since I’ll be using my hoop, and since I don’t want any safety pins to get in my way as I’m quilting, thread basting is the name of the game. 💡 When I thread baste, I like to put my collection of random threads from my childhood sewing basket to work.
