Handstand Drills. These are some useful exercises you could try to improve your balance by using the correct part and understanding the body activation in upside-down position. Exercises included: 1️⃣ BTW Both Feet Off Build up to 5-10s hold *BTW - Back to the wall 2️⃣ STW Toe Taps Build up to 5-10s hold *STW - Side To the wall 3️⃣ Single Leg Hold Build up to 5-10s hold 4️⃣ Scissor Hold Build up to 5-10s hold Tips: to bring your feet off the wall, use your hands as much as possible. Avoid kicking the wall to improve balance sensation on your hands. Don’t rush the movement and take your time to rest and set up. Save it for later and share it with your friends.
