Thanks Charlottesville for voting us “Best Bakery” eight years in a row. We have some stiff competition out there from bakeries that are all doing great things and what’s amazing is there’s still space for all of us. We buy macarons for our shop from @bowerbirdbakeshop because quite frankly Earl makes them better than we ever could. Many of our birthday celebrations include a cake from @albemarlebakingco . Jason makes regular runs to @coucourachou for Rachel’s legendary rice pudding. We love the donuts and unique pastries from @bakernobakery at the market on Saturdays. We also love us some wood-fired bread from our former employee @janeysbread who is doing great stuff. One of the things we love most about this town is the mutual support in the food community. We are honored to be part of it and encourage everyone to spread the love.
