SOLD in seconds ⚡️ RARER THAN RARE! ✨ Oh hello! Is this the most fabulous 1910-1920s embroidered kimono jacket I’ve ever seen? Yes-it is! Is is priced accordingly? Yes, it is! If you know me-I wear these all the time & have a huge collection, but I have never seen anything as vivid, detailed or as fabulous as this one! ✨ The silk is the most brilliant tangerine, with couched silver (or gold) bouillon thread & ridiculously gorgeous, highly detailed, Phoenix design in spectacular shades of turquoise, black & shades of blue…multicolored flowers surround them with silver metal sequins throughout! Absolutely SPECTACULAR piece! The embroidered kimono like detail in grey & black around the neck is stunning. Just exceptional in EVERY way! This beauty is an early 1900-1920s Chinese export piece with intricate detail & wide belled sleeves, looong slits from the waist at the sides & interesting sort of glazed burlap lining. No closures, but it may have had a hook at one time (there are some threads there) measured flat & closed it measures as follows: 40 inch bust, 42 inch hips, it’s 40 inches from top of the shoulder to hem, no defined shoulders, approximately 23 inch sleeves. In excellent condition with a few things to note-it’s over 100 years old, & some of the couching has come loose-you can see the trails where they were, so very fixable! The worst area is on the top of one shoulder as shown, there is a spot on the lining…unseen when worn, maybe a few faint spots-but this is truly EXCEPTIONAL!
