Manubelon Village - Amfoang - Timor Island Such a heart warming occasion to watch their joyful moment as they experience their first clean and fresh water. We have planned it since 6 months ago, but the bad weather strike and destroy the bridge and cut the access. Really have to time it well to cross the river bed during low tide. The villagers work hard and after we cleanse the well for 30 hours , they just can’t hold it anymore. Jump right into it. We pumped the water at 80L/min that’s 5 tonnes an hour for a solid 30 hours…. from scarcity to abundance. A joyful moment worth celebrating.
