Banana Bread - No sugar, No flour 🍌 Here my version of Banana Bread, healthier, without refined flour and without sugar. At home we are delighted, I hope you like it as much as we did! Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas 1 cup of protein flour ( Kodiak Cakes - power cakes / Buttermilk - Proteun Packed) 1 cup of almond flour 1 cup of oats 1 teaspoon of baking powder 2 eggs 1/2 cup of coconut oil 1 tablespoon of vanilla 1 pinch of salt 1/2 cup walnuts Preparation: Mix all the dry ingredients with the bananas and then add the beat eggs with the coconut oil, mix everything and add the nuts. Before putting in the pan, spray with coconut oil spray and sprinkle before putting the mixture in the mold. Take 50 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees. ————————————————————- Finalmente hoy les comparto mi version del Pan de Banana, mas saludable, sin harina refinada y sin azúcar. En casa estamos encantados, espero que les guste tanto como a nosotros! Ingredientes: 4 bananas maduros 1 cup de harina de proteina (Kodiak Cakes - power cakes / Buttermilk - Proteun Packed) 1 cup de harina de almendras 1 cup de avena 1 cuchardita de polvo de hornear 2 huevos 1/2 cup de aceite de coco 1 cuadrada de vainilla 1 pisca de sal 1/2 Taza de nueces Preparación: Mezcla todos los ingredientes secos con las bananas y luego agrega los huevos batidos con el aceite de coco, mezclar todo y agregar las nueces. Antes de poner en el monde, rocía con spray de aceite de coco y espolvorea antes de poner la mezcla en el molde.
