@noalounge.singapore (part 1 of many parts) It was a night of gastronomical affair when we attended the launch of @noalounge.singapore (from the same team that brought you @oliviarestaurant_sg )where we were introduced a culmination of spirit, flavour, and atmosphere plus Mediterranean culinary at its best. 🍽️ There are just too many highlights during our dine-in experience here but like a full course menu, let me give you the starters or rather a glimpse of what to expect! [Mains] 🦐 Barbecue scampi rice 'Spanish' style Corimbo, Ribera del Duero, Spain, 2018 🐟Charcoal grilled salmon with 'Chraimeh' sauce from Tunisia 🐖'Iberico' pork cheek skewer 'Marraquech' style 🐑Lamb Kofta with gnocchi and Greek yogurt Calon Segur, Saint Estephe Controlee, France, 2019 The mains IMHO were all good and all have a their very own unique flavor which is rather rare and refreshing. That itself is an attribute as food nowadays do taste about the same especially when we are talking about us being in a nation which pretty much cover all types of cuisines. If I have to pick one, I’ll definitely go straight for the Barbecue scampi rice!
