If you go to Seremban, I am sure many of you will stumble onto one of this family business, that started in one of the Pasar in Seremban. Now, this famous Seremban Beef Noodle now have expanded to Uptown Damansara,PJ to bring the taste of home to the city. It is impressive that it started since 1960 and had been more than 60 years old standing strong recipe being serve to customer. Currently is manage by the grandson of the founder, running by passionate and to continue his grandfather legacy. Only then I know it is a Hainanese Beef Noodle version. Do give patience to them as they are short handed and bring the best to the table. They also upgrade their beef as now serving imported beef to PJ folks. Order their signature KBN Beef Noodle @ RM 22.90 add RM 4 for their signature Ice lemon tea. Its a perfect combo that shall not miss. I find that the taste is still similiar to the one I had in Seremban (Quinn). Sauce is on abit sweet side,need to have the salted vegetable which is their signature and beef spareparts and meat cook perfectly. Others I tried is the Beef Jerky, kinda interesting as it aired and dried, abit of herb taste. Nice chewy bite and dip with their sweet sauce kinda interesting combo. Wagyu Beef noodle is indeed pretty good @ RM 29. Nice thin slice cook to perfection medium rare. (have to enjoy fast before become medium or even medium well cuz the soup is hot) Enjoy the beef stock soup.. Light and flavourfull. Love their Home made Ice lemon tea. Fleshing and cleaning. Will certainly come back again. Best is park inside Starling Mall walkout. That's what I usually do.
