RECIPE HERE ⬇️✨ It’s the time of the season where baked brie will now become a staple in your diet & this festive pumpkin shaped baked brie will be a fall favorite 🎃🍂🧀 What you’ll need: 🧀 brie cheese wheel 🧀 one puff pastry sheet 🧀 two tbsp fig jam 🧀 baking twine (on my storefront) 🧀 one egg (egg wash) Heat oven to 350. On a baking sheet, lay out a sheet of puff pastry. Add fig jam in the middle and place your brie cheese wheel in the middle. Wrap pastry around the brie cheese like a little present. I cut 5 pieces of bakers twine and wrapped each piece around the puff pastry to make the pumpkin shape. Tie each piece of bakers twine as you wrap them around (be sure to bake the Brie with the bakers twine on). Flip brie over and brush the top with egg wash. Bake for 20 minutes (or until the top is golden brown). Once out of the oven let cool for at least 5 minutes and then cut off the baking twine. I used a piece of a cracker and sage leaf stem for the top of it.
