🍞 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝘿𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙖 🌿 Looking for a simple yet satisfying bread recipe? Try this Overnight Dough Focaccia! With minimal effort, you can enjoy a delicious homemade focaccia 😋 Ingredients: - 250g Bread Flour - 50g Levain - 175g Water - 5g Salt 1. Combine bread flour, levain, water, and salt in a mixing bowl. 2. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes. 3. Perform a couple of stretch & fold in the bowl every 30 minutes. 4. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight (I did 16 hours) 🌙 *Note- you may leave in on the counter top of your room temp is low. My room temp is warm, so I choose to keep it in the fridge. ☀️Next Day: 5. Remove the dough from the fridge and transfer it to a well-oiled baking pan. 6. Gently spread out the dough in the pan. 7. Allow the dough to bench rest for about an hour or so till the dough looks puffy. 8. Drizzle olive oil generously over the dough, and use your fingers to create those lovely dimples. 9. Add your favorite toppings, some sea salt, and a bit more olive oil. 10. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). 11. Bake the focaccia in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes. 12.
