Stuffed Chicken ( Repost ) The ultimate comfort midweek meal serve with creamy garlicky mash or crispy potatoes, bake in the oven for 30 minutes and your good to go. Follow the reel for visual method Don’t forget to follow @reznacooks like, comment and save post to see more cooking content Follow the recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: step 1 2 large breast chicken Spice Seasoning for chicken marinade: 1 tsp- Dried herbs 1 tbsp- Paprika 1 tbsp- Cajun seasoning 1 tsp- Garlic powder 1 tsp- Black pepper Touch of salt 1.5 tsp- Olive oil Step 2: 1 tbsp- Olive oil 4 gloves of garlic (diced) 1 Small red onion ( diced) Handful of chorizo cut in small pieces Half red pepper ( cut in cubes) Handful of baby spinach 1 tsp- Dried parsley 1 tsp- Black pepper 1 tsp 1 tsp- Cajun seasoning 165g Philadelphia cheese ( whole container) 1/2 Cup of mozzarella cheese Cocktail sticks ( optional) for holding it together Method: Wash and pat dry chicken Slit the chicken in the middle sidewise making a pocket Marinate the chicken using all ingredients in step 1 and leave in the fridge for 15/20 minutes Heat oil in a pan Add the ingredients in step 2 in the same order, Add in the cream cheese and turn the heat off straight away, mix well to combine all ingredients. Let the mixture cool before stuffing the chicken Add the mozzarella cheese and push it in the chicken pocket to stay intact Use cocktail stick to close the picket and keep mixture in place. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, 15 minutes on each side at 160c Voila!
