want to get more consistent with your workouts? 1️⃣ drop the all-or-nothing, perfectionist mindset. this is easier said than done, but practice doing less (cut your workout short, do less weight or intensity, do 1-2 workout a week instead of 3-5). 2️⃣ start viewing your workouts on a weekly, not daily basis. your body doesn’t know you were “supposed” to work out today. shift things around, have a Plan B. 3️⃣ be compassionate, not cruel, when you come back to it. it may feel like the right thing to do to beat yourself up, try to make up by working twice as hard after an (un)expected break. in reality, this will continue to set you up for inconsistency. ☀️ need help practicing these skills?
