I rarely share class videos because I get soooo critical of myself 🙃🙃🙃 But today I was thinking about how classes are not actual performances and that I need to stop judging myself so harshly for not looking perfect… It’s a class…not a performance piece I’ve worked on for weeks to clean and and perfect I’m not saying to not try your best in class, but I think a lot of us would be better off if we stopped putting so much pressure on ourselves to look great for the camera. How do you feel about filming in class? Do you think it’s helping or hurting dancers? I have many many many thoughts and would love to know yours!
