In 2020 I had no idea that my love for bagels and Jewish food would lead me on a life-changing path. From baking bagels out of my apartment as a hobby to serving up hundreds of bagels, challahs, babkas, sourdough and sandos each week across 9 farmers markets in Chicago. Now we're working towards our very first brick-and-mortar deli. 😱🙏⁠ ⁠ I am endlessly grateful for the mentorship I've received along the way, for the incredible team I get to work alongside both in our kitchen and outside of it. I'm continuously overflowing with gratitude every time someone stops by our booths, orders online, tags us in their posts (like the first photo by @ckblackwell) or shares how much they've enjoyed our food. Thank you thank you thank you! ⁠ ⁠ Running Zeitlin's Deli is incredibly rewarding, and if I'm honest, challenging at times. One of the biggest challenges is not having a place to call our own (YET!). But that's something we're working to change. We'll be launching our crowdfunding campaign later this month and we couldn't be more excited!
