if you’re ready to start adding Movement into your life, but you’re not sure where to start, try this. 1. Build a movement menu. Write down activities you enjoy/tolerate. Don’t make yourself do shit you hate. 💩 2. Break a rule. If you have a rule that you need to work out for 30 minutes or it doesn’t count, do 25. Sit with the discomfort. ⏰ 3. Do something new or revisit something you haven’t done in at least 6 months.
