RECIPE HERE ⬇️✨ Marinated olives that are dangerously addicting and pair well with baked feta 🤤 I used pitted Castelvetrano and Kalamata olives for a sweet and salty olive combo! 🫒 and the color combo of them marinated together is out of this world! What you’ll need: 🫒 Pitted olives of your choice 12oz 🫒 1/3 cup olive oil 🫒 1/3 cup of finely chopped fresh parsley 🫒 2 cloves of freshly minced garlic 🫒 orange zest or peeled (I used the peel of the orange and cut into strips) 🫒 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 🫒 1 tsp salt & pepper 🫒 1 tsp chili flakes 🫒 1 tsp of dried oregano or dried basil 🧀 8 oz block of feta cheese (optional to add baked feta) Grab a bowl and mix together olive oil, parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, orange zest or peeled (I used a vegetable peeler to peel off the skin and then cut into smaller pieces), salt and pepper, oregano, chilli flakes. Stir together. Mix in the olives. Stir again. Store in an air right container in the fridge. These taste even better if you let them marinate in the mixture overnight in the fridge. For baked feta, set oven to 400 and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, pita or crostini with marinated olives around the block of feta!
